Jr. Software Engineer

This group is responsible for developing software to support Echelon's control network operating system design, development, and installation tools. Using Visual C++ and MS Office Dev Tools, the developer will implement powerful and easy-to-use solutions to real-world user problems.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering required. Industry or school experience with any of the following a plus: C++, Visual C++, MFC, COM, OLE, Active X, DAO, ADO products. Development experience with Windows 95/98 and/or Windows NT. Must be self-motivated, team oriented, and organized.

Principal Software Engineer

The successful candidate will lead development teams for new and existing products. S/he will be responsible for defining and developing new features for new and existing products in a multi-disciplinary, team oriented atmosphere. S/he will have responsibility for interaction with Product Marketing and other parts of the Company. This is an opportunity to prove one’s self in a fast-paced organization, and to share in its success!

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

5 or more years experience in software development
Demonstrated people and communication skills
Current skills with Microsoft Windows NT and/or UNIX development tools and environments
Demonstrated skill with Object-Oriented systems and their development
Experience with web technologies (Protocols, page representation standards, etc.)

DESIRED SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE:

C++, Java, DHTML, XML, etc.
Database technologies, especially practical experience with MS SQL Server or ORACLE
Application design, for high performance, in single and multi-processor systems

Company is seeking experienced sales professionals to call and manage accounts in a Northeast US territory. Candidate should live in this area.

Requirements
Looking for a motivated sales professional with 2 plus years of software application sales, personnel and HR application sales experince is a plus. Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization . Individual will be responsible for a regional territory based out of Boston with travel within the territory required. Company is one of the leaders in the market and has a very referencable client list. Excellent compensation plan with very attainable income.
