ALG Systems Announces Major New Release of VisualRecruiter™ Applicant Tracking and Management Software

Marlboro, MA (June 31, 2001) – ALG Systems today announced the availability of a major upgrade to VisualRecruiter, a Windows-based application to help recruiters and staffing professionals manage and track their pool of job applicants. With a number of enhancements to the earlier versions, VisualRecruiter™ version 2.2 is a free upgrade for current users and remains the most competitively priced application of its type for new users.

According to Yuri Kozlov, President of ALG Systems and former professional recruiter, purchasers of previously available recruiting software had to trade off features for price. Drag-and-drop enabled keywords, organized in hierarchy by categories
Import resumes via drag-and-drop from Word, HTML, RTF and text files
WebConnect technology for easy integration with your recruiting website.

Fully searchable custom fields: users can create custom categories based on the way they run their businesses and locate information instantly
Full multi-user support: client-server versions are available that run on existing networks with extensive administration and data security options
One-click backup utility: simple backup and restore of critical data
Use of journal entries to keep track of all activites: information is cross-referenced throughout the system so no double entry is required.
