VisualRecruiter® System Requirements

Single User System

Intel 486-66 MHz or higher, 16 MB RAM (64 recommended )
20 MB Hard Disk Drive
500 Kbytes of disk space per 1000 applicants, job requisitions, and contacts
If used to scan resumes
- average of 50 Kbytes for a resume stored as an image file (TIFF file)
- average 10 Kbytes for a resume stored as a document file (ASCII text, Word DOC, HTML, WordPerfect)
SVGA display (800 x 600 pixels or better)
Windows 95, 98 or higher, Windows NT 4.0 , 2000, or higher
Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher
To use with email, a MAPI compliant application is required (MS Outlook, MS Outlook Express, Netscape, MS Exchange)
To receive and transmit fax documents, a fax-modem and Microsoft Fax is required. Microsoft Fax is a part of Windows 95 package
NO external database package is required
To use scanning capabilities, a TWAIN compatible scanner is required.

Multi-User System over a Network

Any network that supports sharing files across the network.

Server System

4 MB of the HDD Space (16 recommended)
500 Kbytes per 1000 of applicants, job requisitions, contacts, etc.
If used to scan resumes
- average 50 Kbytes for a resume stored as an image file (TIFF file);
- average 10 Kbytes for a resume stored as a document file (ASCII text, Word DOC, HTML, WordPerfect).

Client Workstation System

Same as Single-User System above without the disk space requirements (files are stored on the server).

NOTE
The same computer can serve as a Server and a Client Workstation at the same time
